This course equips employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify fall hazards and effectively utilize fall protection systems and equipment in the workplace. Participants will learn OSHA requirements for fall protection, including the use of personal fall arrest systems and ladder safety.

Through a combination of online learning and hands-on practical instruction with a Competent Person, trainees will gain an understanding of how to inspect, use, and maintain fall protection equipment, as well as how to access and work at heights safely.

Upon successful completion of both the online and practical training, participants will be authorized as Fall Protection Users, equipped to safely perform tasks at height under the supervision of a Competent Person.
